To check the cost of translation in a particular language group, select one of the options 1, 2 or 3 corresponding, respectively, to the translation from a foreign language into a foreign language, the translation from a foreign language into Polish and a translation from Polish into a foreign language, and then find the price for a given configuration of the type of the text and a mode of translation at the intersection of corresponding lines and columns.

1.       The rates (PLN) given in the table are net prices - per one accounting page of 1800 characters including spaces.

2.       Statutory translation page size is 1125 characters including spaces(Journal of Laws 06.107.722).

3.       Types of translations: plain text, e.g. letter, website, trade offer, etc., specialized text, e.g. scientific dissertation (Ph.D. dissertation, scientific article), technical description, tender documentation, legal agreement, etc.

4.       Additional services:

·         verification of ready translation by native speaker - +50% of the rate;

·         authentication of standard translation – approximately +50% of the rate (depending on the size of the text);

·         translations intended for publication are subject to additional verification (+50% of the value of analogical order which would not be for publication) on the side of translateasy and requires the Customer’s acceptance. The texts for publication require prior notification of this fact to translateasy.

5.       Translation mode

·         standard mode – up to 6 pages per working day

·         expedited mode – 6-10 pages per working day: +25% of the rate

·         express mode – translation of more than 10 pages per working day or translation for the same day (regardless of the size of text): +50% of the rate

6.       Sunday is a day off work. Therefore, orders from Friday/Saturday for Monday, if they exceed 6 accounting pages shall be treated as expedited or express mode.

7.       The payment date – on the basis of pro-forma invoice at the time of confirming the order. For regular Customers there is a possibility of timely payment after performing the service on the basis of a VAT invoice (sent either electronically (PDF format), as well as in traditional printed form via the Polish Post).

The prices for translation are net prices - 23% of the VAT should be added.

The price list does not constitute a trade offer within the meaning of Article 66 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code.
